How is Mecha Scrambler reported to be obtained?
The community special-Egg guide, updated October 13, 2026, describes Mecha Scrambler as a rare Dr. Scramble boss drop. A separate Egg catalog associates the pet with Mecha Scrambler Egg. These are related reports, but they do not provide a continuous capture proving exactly when that Egg is awarded and opened.
The dated Revenge coverage separately records a very rare Divine boss-drop report without naming its pet or giving odds. That unnamed reward is not independent confirmation that the drop is Mecha Scrambler. Read the current reward panel before farming; historical event records do not establish that the route remains active.

Mecha Scrambler is not The Scrambler weapon
Mecha Scrambler is the pet entry. The earlier Experiment event also used the name The Scrambler for a weapon unlocked through Lost Parts and Drone Parts. That weapon quest is not a verified recipe for this pet, despite the similar names.
Boss Mastery claims, random boss drops and Laboratory trade-ins are different reward routes. An Unstable Egg milestone or the reported Octophant Lab route does not guarantee Mecha Scrambler. Likewise, a Mecha-themed name is not evidence that the pet belongs to the ordinary Mecha Egg pool.
