Community gameplay shows five-HP experiment drones that drop variable Samples. Launch-day walkthroughs report a five-part Nibbles quest, an Experiment Shop with limited Eggs, a mutation item and boosters, and a 30-minute cycle with a five-minute active window. Follow your server’s live countdown if the schedule changes. Roblox has separately scheduled DR. SCRAMBLE’S REVENGE for September 26.
What launched after Sammy arrived
The September 19 story moved from Sammy’s visit into a Dr. Scramble takeover. Community reports say Dr. Scramble controlled Sammy, while the next official Roblox event confirms the outcome: Ben broke Dr. Scramble’s control over Sammy.
The playable loop uses familiar biomes rather than a confirmed new main zone. Experiment drones appear during a timed wave, players hit them with a bat, and defeated enemies award Samples for event purchases.
Sammy launch event: EMP and Brain Rot route
Community launch coverage describes the main Sammy event as a staged rescue sequence. Players first collect shards to charge an EMP machine to 100%. When Sammy’s base opens, they enter it, steal the required Brain Rot items and return them to the machine. The process repeats until the rescue phase becomes available.
- Collect the visible EMP shards. Watch the shared progress before leaving the active area.
- Enter the base only when it opens. The access window is limited, so movement Speed affects how many return trips fit into the phase.
- Carry Brain Rot items back to the machine. A pickup inside the base is not complete until it reaches the objective.
- Rescue Ben and finish the controlled-Sammy phase. Community reports describe using the charged machine to free Sammy, followed by the Dr. Scramble reveal.
This sequence belongs to the launch event story. Community footage also shows an ADMIN TREADMILL ×8 SPEED label during that session. The repeatable Dr. Scramble Experiment below is the continuing farming activity; the EMP stages and ×8 treadmill are not a permanent schedule.

Prepare before the next wave
Decide whether the session is for Samples, quest parts or Shop rewards before the countdown starts. Those goals use the same event window but need different checks. A Samples run prioritizes every reachable drone; a quest run also needs time to scan the biome; a purchase run needs enough inventory space to confirm where the reward went.
- Equip the bat first. The observed drones take repeated hits, and opening menus after the wave starts wastes a short active window.
- Stand near a reported spawn area. Abyss Ocean is the useful starting point because community guides place both the drone route and Secret Cave there.
- Open one Egg or Pet slot. Limited Egg purchases are easier to verify when the relevant inventory is not full.
- Record the starting state. Note Samples, quest progress and active boosts so the event result can be compared instead of guessed.
Drone and Samples route
- 1Wait for the live banner or countdownMost launch-day community guides report a 30-minute cycle and a five-minute active window. Use the current server timer if it differs.
- 2Check Abyss Ocean and later biomesCommunity walkthroughs place the experiment drones from Abyss Ocean onward. Follow the current spawn context before running the full map.
- 3Equip the bat and clear dronesThe reviewed capture supports five-hit enemies. Samples amounts vary in the same scene, so one drone’s payout is not a universal rate.
- 4Record Samples before spendingCompare the balance before and after a Shop action, then check the correct inventory or active-booster panel.
Community guides report 3-HP, 5-HP and 10-HP drone tiers, with tougher drones paying more Samples. Prioritize the higher-HP targets when travel time is similar, then clear the remaining drones before the wave ends.
Nibbles quest: find five missing parts
Community walkthroughs direct players to a Secret Cave in Abyss Ocean. Interacting with Nibbles—also called Experiment #013—starts a recovery task for five lost parts.
| Vault component | Count | Community route |
|---|---|---|
| Lost Part 1 | 1 | Prehistoric, directly behind the sleeping T-Rex’s head. |
| Lost Part 2 | 1 | At the Volcano summit, inside the flame near the top. |
| Drone Parts | 3 | Defeat Dr. Scramble’s drone types during experiment waves. |
The Volcano part can display without a working Collect prompt. Community captures report that joining one fresh server makes the same prompt register while the already collected Prehistoric part remains saved. A successful pickup displays the Lost Parts counter, so use that banner rather than the visible gear alone.
Claim The Scrambler
Return to the Secret Cave in Abyss Ocean and talk to the Escaped Experiment. The Stolen Experiment Vault menu must show Lost Parts 2/2 and Drone Parts 3/3. Press Claim; community footage records “Vault opened! The Scrambler is unlocked,” after which The Scrambler appears in the inventory.
Post-claim gameplay reports describe The Scrambler as a green melee weapon that knocks other players back. Equip it outside the safe zone to test the push before relying on it to interrupt an Egg thief; no fixed knockback distance or drone-damage bonus has been established.
If the Nibbles quest is not progressing
- Confirm the current server has the update. Look for the Dr. Scramble event UI before searching an older instance.
- Interact with Nibbles before farming parts. Reopen the dialogue and capture the quest counter; finding an event object before accepting the task may not prove it was credited.
- Separate drone parts from biome parts. Three reported parts come from drones and two appear in the map. Repeating only one activity may leave the counter stuck at the other requirement.
- Use one controlled fresh-server check. If a readable pickup produces no counter change, save the screenshot, join one different current server and test once. Repeated hopping without a baseline makes the failure harder to diagnose.
Experiment Shop prices and rewards
| Shop label | Samples | Community-reported use |
|---|---|---|
| Cash Booster | 275 | 2× Cash boost. |
| 1.25× Speed | 375 | Temporary movement Speed boost. |
| Treadmill Booster | 375 | 2× treadmill training boost. |
| Scrambled mutation | 475 | One mutation attempt on an unhatched Egg. |
| Nibbles #013 | 2,950 | Limited event reward. |
| Experiment #001 | 6,500 | Limited event reward. |
Two community pet references identify Nibbles #013 as Cosmic at a reported base $185K/s and Experiment #001 as Secret at $285M/s. These are pet income references, not hatch odds or guaranteed earnings for every individual; weight and mutations can change the displayed result. Check the live Pet detail before spending Samples for income rather than collection.
Community Shop captures report that Scrambled has a 10% success chance and applies a ×2.75 income multiplier when it succeeds. Equip the consumable, approach an unhatched Egg in your pen and use the interaction prompt. A failed attempt consumes that try without applying the mutation.
Choose a Samples spending route
Save for Experiment #001 or Nibbles #013 when collection is the goal. Buy boosters only when you can use their full duration. For mutation attempts, keep an eligible unhatched Egg ready before spending 475 Samples; a 10% chance means repeated attempts can still all fail.
Keep Dr. Scramble and Rift progress separate
One post-launch community report still found the Rift available after Dr. Scramble arrived. That means both systems may appear in the same server without sharing currencies or reward rules. Samples belong to the experiment loop; Boss Tokens, Boss Mastery and Rift sacrifices remain separate systems. Check the panel title before spending, and use the Rift guide for its boss and sacrifice routes.
Event timer and farming window
Most launch-day community guides report that Dr. Scramble’s experiment wave returns every 30 minutes and remains active for five minutes. The reviewed HUD capture shows a separate remaining-event countdown, supporting a short farming window.
Use the actual countdown in your server because live schedules can be adjusted. One community route also reports a hidden upper-vent room near the first Secret Room with a screen for the next Experiment time. To measure the interval, record one event start and the next start in the existing Prediction Tool; save the server label and keep results separated by server. The tool predicts from your observations and is not connected to Roblox’s clock.
Next official event: Dr. Scramble’s Revenge
Roblox schedules DR. SCRAMBLE’S REVENGE 🧪 from Sep 26, 2026, 3:00 PM UTC through Sep 27, 2026, 4:00 PM UTC. That is September 26 at 11 PM through September 28 at midnight in Singapore, Beijing and Manila, rounded to the minute.
The official description says Dr. Scramble targets Ben after losing control of Sammy, has built something much bigger and returns for a final showdown. It does not yet identify a boss, machine, quest, Egg, Pet or reward. Open the official event ↗
What still needs a clean capture
- The live recurrence interval across two event cycles in the same server.
- Purchase limits and boost durations in the current Experiment Shop.
- The Scrambler’s exact knockback distance and effect on drones.
- Current Pet-detail screenshots confirming the reported base rates for Nibbles #013 and Experiment #001.
- Any mechanic or reward for the September 26 final showdown.
