Use the Volcano roster to identify a pet before comparing it with your current base. Flaming Bull, Lava Iguana and Chillin Chilli have linked player-selected detail captures; the other baseline slots keep their own evidence labels.

Volcano pets, rarities and income records
The slot order below comes from the August 23, 2026 Index baseline. “Displayed sample” means one captured instance; a community value is labeled separately. Neither is automatically the maximum income for that species.

Which Volcano pet should replace your current pet?
Start with the income actually displayed by the two copies you own. The Flaming Bull and Lava Iguana captures show different samples, but their species names alone do not establish how a heavier or mutated copy will compare. The table is a lookup, not a promise of the rate your next hatch will produce.

Names that are easy to mix up
Lava Gecko and Lava Iguana are distinct roster entries. The later Phoenix and Lava Dragon candidates also stay separate; a flame-themed model is not enough to identify a hatch.

The dated player-selected details and community name matches come from the August 23 Pet Index archive. The Egg-source index shows how this group fits beside other biomes. This page does not claim that the old snapshot is the complete current roster.
For an upgrade decision, compare copies under matching weight, mutation and bonus conditions. Community-reported base income and a player's highest observed instance answer different questions and should not be ranked together.
